The Assima project is developed by Salhia Real Estate Company, which is established in 1974 and has become a major player in Kuwait’s retail, leisure, hotels and office markets. Since the Company’s formation, Kuwait City has been at the epicenter of its property investment and development activities. The first project in the company’s portfolio was the Salhia Commercial Complex,established in 1978 and now a major landmark in the Capital’s topography.
Other equally iconic mixed used projects by Salhia are : for commercial use Arraya Centre, Arraya Plaza, Salhia Plaza. For office use are: Sahab Tower, Arraya Centre Offices, and Arraya Tower. For services use are: Salhia Parking, and Arraya multi store parking.
Salhia also conducts many investments and development activities abroad, especially in the UK, and Germany through long-standing and successful joint ventures. Salhia Real Estate Company was listed in the Kuwait Stock Exchange in 1980, converting it from a private to a publicly listed company.
